The Design Process

At Closet Classics of Andover, we believe that the most important part of creating storage solutions is the design process.  With our resources and state-of-the-art design tools, we can design your storage solution in the comfort of your own home.  Here's what you can expect on the first visit:

We bring samples of materials with us so you can see and feel the quality of our products.  You will be able to see the variety of finishes we offer as well as view some of the many accessories available to you.

We listen to you and your family about how you live and what your storage needs are.  While some customers know exactly what they want, others just have a general idea about becoming more organized.  We believe that listening to you carefully is the key to coming up with a solution that is perfect for you.  For those customers that  aren't 100% certain of what they would like, we bring lots of photographs to get the ideas and creative juices flowing.

We then measure the area to be transformed to ensure accurate design and installation.
